City maps the fields
A city admin frames their field on a live satellite map — what they see is exactly what gets saved. Then they draw boundaries directly on the real image and subdivide into named, color-coded spaces.

City allocates time to clubs
Each club receives a seasonal allocation — specific field, specific days, specific hours. That window is all they can schedule within, enforced automatically.

Club drags teams onto the field
The club admin selects a time slot, sees which teams are free, and drags them onto spaces on a live visual canvas. Conflicts are blocked before they happen.

Everyone sees what they need
Coaches see their upcoming schedule. The city sees utilization across all fields. Everyone works from the same single source of truth.
